We're excited to welcome the Penn College of Technology Student Wildcats of Robotic Design (SWORD) to Synergis University this year! If you like fighting robots (who doesn't?) you won't want to miss their demonstrations throughout the day at SU 2022!
SWORD allows students to enhance valuable skills in design and manufacturing situations, project management, presentations, graphic & web design, and computer applications, by building fighting robots to compete in various competitions. The SWORD Robotics club works hard to design, build, present, and compete with their robots, and we're pleased to give them the opportunity to showcase their hard work and skills for all the professionals in the design and manufacturing industries who attend SU.
"We've put a lot of focus this past year into our Fusion 360 for Education Program, so it's exciting to be able to support these students who are the future of the design and manufacturing industry," said Devon Maurer, Training Coordinator at Synergis.
SWORD will be demonstrating their fighting robots throughout the day at Synergis University, so make sure to visit them in-between sessions and over lunch at the exhibit area, on the second floor outside of the Lehigh & Northampton rooms.
