About the Course
If you have stock designs you use repeatedly, there’s a few tools available to you in Autodesk Inventor to help you create multiple representations of your part or assembly in a single document, giving you an easy way to engineer, manage, and manufacture your designs.
Model States lets you create manufacturing states, simplification levels, and more in the same assembly file. An iPart configures standard parts to different sizes and states. So what’s the difference? Is one better than the other?
This session will match Model states up against iParts/iAssemblies through live workflows and demonstrations. You’ll see different scenarios of when to use one over the other and see how both can be used to easily engineer, manage, and manufacture your designs.
If you’re looking for Inventor tips & tricks that will speed up your workflow and make your life easier, this session will show you, while you decide for yourself which tool wins the battle of the deviations!
